Wealth Conscious and its subsidiaries and affiliates (“we”, or “us”) value your business. This Terms of Service explains the terms of the services offered via wealthconscious.ca and wealthconscious.app and its subdomains as well as through other Wealth Conscious managed websites or pages where this Terms of Service is posted or linked (collectively, the “sites”).
Terms
By accessing the sites, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws, and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in the sites are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
Use License
- Subject to terms 2 through 7, permission is hereby granted to temporarily download and maintain one copy of the materials or services provided by the sites.
- Permissions for paid information and services are withheld until payments are received and confirmed by us. Paid information and services are defined as follows: information and services provided in exchange for a currency specified by the sales page of the service in question.
- You may not modify or copy the materials and services.
- You may not attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software on any of our sites.

- In the case that we provide materials with open-source licensing, terms 2 through 6 are not applicable. For example, if the materials are covered by an open-source MIT license.
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Wealth Conscious at any time. Upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any materials relating to the services provided, including, but not limited to:
- Information copies of all formats relating to the services.
- All active and inactive code built with or relying upon the services provided.

The materials and services on the sites are provided on an ‘as is’ basis. Wealth Conscious makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Wealth Conscious does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials and services on its sites.
Limitations
In no event shall Wealth Conscious or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the us or inability to use the materials and services provided by the sites, even if Wealth Conscious or an otherized representative has been notified orally or in written of the possibility of such damage. Since some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
Materials and Services
The materials and services on the sites could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Wealth Conscious does not warrant that any of the materials provided by its sites are bug free, accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the materials and services provided at any time without notice. We do not make any commitment to update the materials and services.

Wealth Conscious does not review all the websites linked from any of the sites and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked website. The inclusion of any link does not imply the endorsement by Wealth Conscious of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.
Publicity
Unless otherwise specified, we may use your name, logo, and remarks to identify you as a customer on the sites and any other marketing materials.
Modifications
Wealth Conscious may revise these Terms of Service for its sites at any time without notice. By using this site, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Service.
Governing Law
The Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable herein, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws.
